1Thesselonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

It is important to give God thanks each day, but at the end of each year it is important to reflect on and give thanks for what God has done for you.  Cornerstone Chapel has so much to be thankful for as a church and as individuals.  We have been a witness to significant growth as well as miraculous healings.  God has blessed us without measure.

There are many scriptures that reveal to us our need to be thankful.  We need to be thankful for all the material things that God has provided, but even more important we need to take heed of what the writer of 1 Chronicles was thankful for: 

1Chronicles 16:34 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

God is good.  Simply, wherever you go and whatever situation you are in, God is always good and always merciful and that is something to be thankful for.
