A couple months ago, I gave a book to those that attended the leadership class that Cornerstone Chapel conducts each month.  I found the book interesting, and thought its message was something that a church leader could apply to their lives and ministries.  It spoke of passion and more specifically passion for whatever you may do whether you are the pastor or the newest member of the leadership team.  The book is called The Fred Factor and the following is the author speaking of the book...enjoy.
