The headlines are scary. The content is even more frightening. It seems that our economic ship is sinking and hundreds of billions of dollars will needed to possibly fix the problem. So, where do we go from here?
Where YOU go from here does not depend on the economy nor does it rely on the rhetoric of a politician. Your direction does not depend on your boss, bank or buddy. Your direction depends on one simple question...
DO YOU TRUST GOD?
In times such as we live now, it is not enough to quote scripture and say I believe that God is able. We must put our money where our mouth is....
James 2:17 So also faith, if it does not have works (deeds and actions of obedience to back it up), by itself is destitute of power (inoperative, dead). (Amplified)
The promises of God are true and He is able. We must be willing to place our faith in Him and take that leap into His arms knowing that His plan is not always our plan. So, when you pray, do a little gut check and determine if your trust for Him is greater than the fear of the unknown.
