God is good and His promises are true. God has already poured out his blessings on Cornerstone Chapel in 2009. Tonight, we had our inaugural community Bible study in King George with 10 in attendance. We have had a Bible study in Colonial Beach on Tuesdays for about a year and a half, but doors have opened recently that we can have a Bible study in King George at Uncle Dave's Restaurant at no cost to the church. It is our desire to see our community based Bible studies grow so that they impact our community with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I would like to thank Uncle Dave (I also thanked him at the Bible study) and his wife for the generosity and hospitality. They are a blessing to Cornerstone Chapel and we will pray that God will bless their business.
